Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Upon receiving your items for sharpening, we aim to complete the service within 5 business days. However, processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders, the type of sharpening service requested, and any unforeseen delays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping for Mail-in Items: Customers are responsible for shipping items to Edge Revival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Return Shipping: After sharpening, we will return the items to you via a shipping method that suits your preferences. Standard shipping is available, and expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. The shipping cost for returning your items will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

•At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost to send items to Edge Revival for sharpening and the return shipping fees.

•If applicable, shipping fees will be added to the final invoice upon checkout.

•We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless it is a result of a mistake made on our part (e.g., incorrect sharpening or damaged items).

3. Returns & Exchanges

At Edge Revival, our goal is to provide exceptional sharpening services. However, if you’re not satisfied with the results, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

•If your item is damaged during shipping or not sharpened as per your instructions, please contact us immediately at raymondt@edgerevival.net with photos of the damage or the issue.

•We will review the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a re-sharpening, refund, or replacement based on the circumstances.

No Returns on Sharpened Items

Sharpened items cannot be returned for a refund, as sharpening is a customized service that alters the original condition of the item.

•If there is a defect in the item or if it was damaged during the sharpening process, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

•If your order has not been processed or the sharpening has not yet started, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order placement to request a cancellation.

•Once sharpening has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.

4. Lost or Stolen Items

Edge Revival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the shipping process. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items when shipping to us.

•If a lost item was returned to us after being mailed, we will notify you immediately. We are not liable for shipping delays or damages incurred during transit.

5. Turnaround Time for Sharpening Services

•Sharpening services are completed in 1-2 business days from the time we receive your items. Please note that shipping times are separate from the sharpening time.

•If there are any delays beyond the typical processing time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

•It is important to provide an accurate shipping address when submitting your items for sharpening. Edge Revival is not responsible for any delays, issues, or lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

•If there’s an issue with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help correct the information before shipment.
